Based on FINDRISC (Lindström & Tuomilehto, Diabetes Care 2003), the screening score recommended in European diabetes prevention guidance. It estimates risk for a population and cannot diagnose or rule out diabetes — only a blood test can. Nothing you enter is stored, sent or logged. If you have symptoms of very high blood sugar (extreme thirst, passing large amounts of urine, blurred vision, rapid weight loss), contact a GP promptly rather than relying on this score.
