A GP review without an appointment

For well-defined conditions, a structured clinical questionnaire gives your GP everything they need to assess your request. €25 assessment fee — a prescription is issued only if clinically appropriate.

Your €25 pays for the GP's clinical assessment of your request — never for a medicine. A prescription is never guaranteed; the doctor decides what is clinically appropriate, and a declined request is refunded in full. Read our prescription policy

Requests submitted before 6pm are typically reviewed the same day.

Every request is read and actioned by an Irish-registered doctor. Never automated.

Safe to say no

If it isn't clinically appropriate, your GP declines and you are refunded in full.

Step 1. Sign in and confirm who you are

Your portal holds your allergies, current medicines and — where relevant — your pregnancy or breastfeeding status, so nothing is prescribed blind.

  • Age, address and phone number are checked against your account before any request is opened.
  • Female patients confirm pregnancy and breastfeeding status at each request; it changes what can safely be prescribed.
  • Records are held in the EU under Irish GDPR — you can export or erase them at any time.
