Requests submitted before 6pm are typically reviewed the same day.

Every request is read and actioned by an Irish-registered doctor. Never automated.

If it isn't clinically appropriate, your GP declines and you are refunded in full.

If your condition isn't listed, book a full consultation instead — it's the safer route.
