Replacement or repeat adrenaline pens for a confirmed severe allergy. Reviewed by an Irish-registered GP for €25, usually the same day.

What we'll ask you
12 short questions, most of them yes or no. Your answers go straight to the reviewing GP.
- Have you previously been prescribed an adrenaline auto-injector?
- What are you allergic to, and what happened during your worst reaction?
- Which device do you use?
- Your current weight in kg (dose depends on weight)
- How many pens do you need?
- Expiry date of your current pens, or state if used / lost
- Have you had an allergic reaction needing adrenaline in the last 3 months?
- Do you also have asthma?
- Are you confident you and your family know how and when to use the device?
- Would you like an updated written anaphylaxis action plan?
- List any drug allergies (or type 'none')
- Medicines you currently take, including beta-blockers (or type 'none')
When we'll say no
These answers stop the request and route you to a consultation instead.
- A first adrenaline pen must be prescribed after a proper allergy assessment, not by questionnaire.
- A recent anaphylaxis episode needs review and possible allergy referral.
- We will arrange a short training call before issuing.
