Emergency contraception after unprotected sex — time-critical, so answer today. Reviewed by an Irish-registered GP for €25, usually the same day.

How many hours ago was the unprotected sex?
Was it more than 5 days (120 hours) ago?
First day of your last menstrual period (DD/MM/YYYY)
Your weight in kg (dose may need to be doubled over 70 kg)
Are you currently using any regular contraception?
Have you vomited in the last 3 hours or do you have severe diarrhoea?
Do you take any of: carbamazepine, phenytoin, rifampicin, St John's Wort, or HIV medicines?
Do you have severe asthma treated with oral steroid tablets?
Have you already taken emergency contraception in this cycle?
Could you already be pregnant (a missed or unusually light period since your last unprotected sex)?
Would you like STI screening advice as well?
Do you have severe one-sided pelvic pain, fainting or heavy bleeding?
List any drug allergies (or type 'none')
Medicines you currently take (or type 'none')

These answers stop the request and route you to a consultation instead.

Beyond 120 hours the morning after pill is not effective — you need a consultation about a copper coil.
These reduce the effect of emergency contraception — you need a consultation.
A possible existing pregnancy needs assessment before emergency contraception.
This could be an ectopic pregnancy — seek urgent medical care.

€25, reviewed by an Irish-registered GP. If it isn't clinically appropriate, the GP declines and you are refunded in full.
