Reviews are the main way people choose an online doctor in Ireland, and they are the least reliable part of the decision. A service can hold a very high average rating and still be the wrong choice for you, because most reviews describe how quick the booking felt rather than whether the medicine was any good.

Hundreds of reviews posted in a short burst, all one line long.
No verification badge — reviews left by people who never had an appointment.
